How can I manage my teams within Develop for Enterprise?

Once logged in, click on your account menu in the upper right hand corner of your account. Select the Manage Develop tab. 

Invite a team member

Option 1: CSV Upload

1. Click the Invite members button. You will have two options, the first of which is to import a list of new team members from a CSV file. 

2. To use this method, create a list that is 5 MB or less and includes the following data without column headers:

     a. Column 1: email address

     b. Column 2: role (options should include member or admin)

     c. Column 3: team

     d. Column 4: team role

Notes: 

• If you are a Member, you can only invite other Members to your team. In order to invite other Admins to your team, please contact your team's Admin.
• If you are assigning teammates to a team, you must create that Team within Develop for Enterprise first. Click here to learn how to create a team.

Here is an example CSV file:

3. Click Upload to select your CSV file.

4. Once upload, click the Send Invitations button.

Option 2: Enter teammate details manually

1. Click the Invite members button. 

2. Click the Add an invitation button.

3. Enter your teammate's Work email, Develop-wide role, Team and Team-specific role. Click the Send 1 Invitation button. 

Notes: 

• If you are a Member, you can only invite other Members to your team. In order to invite other Admins to your team, please contact your team's Admin.
• If you are assigning teammates to a team, you must create that Team within Develop for Enterprise first. Click here to learn how to create a team.

Update a team member's role

1. Find the team member in question and click on the carat next to their role title.

2. Select the desired new role for your team member. Your selection will be auto-saved.

Remove a team member

1. Click on the ellipsis icon next to the team member you wish to remove from your CodeSignal Develop workspace. Click Remove.

You will receive a notification that the teammate has been removed from CodeSignal Develop.
